There are no prices on your website, so how can I buy your products?
Call us old fashioned, but we like to talk to people and ensure their needs are being met. Plus, each customer’s requirements are different, so, to ensure we offer the best price possible, we prefer to offer personalised quotes based on product, quantity and delivery location.

How can I make payment?
We accept pre-payment by cheque, BACS or debit/credit card. You can also, subject to credit approval, open an account with us (Standard terms are 30 days, unless by prior agreement).
When will my order be despatched?
95% of our product range is held in stock in large quantities at our warehouse in Ashford, Kent ready for swift nationwide delivery. While for larger projects we can offer direct delivery from our manufacturers with relatively short lead times.

Do you offer an install & design service?
No. We are a supply-only company. However, as we have been in business since 1991, we’ve built up extensive knowledge and experience – so will always try to offer advice in good faith. Many of our customers are highly experienced contractors, so we can also refer you to them if you require installation.
Can you supply me with product samples?
Yes. We are happy to do this if possible and necessary. Please contact us to arrange.

What are your opening times?
Our operational hours are Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30.
We are closed at weekends and on all English public bank holidays.
Over the Christmas period we tend to close for approximately 7-10 days roughly, this is confirmed nearer the time depending on the business’ needs. However, emails and phone messages continue to be monitored throughout this period.
